These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and boss67 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Service"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using boss67 and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments.

You must be at least 21 years of age. boss67 strictly prohibits underage gambling. During the KYC verification process, you will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - KTP) showing your date of birth. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities if required.
You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and gameplay. boss67 services are intended exclusively for the Indonesian market. Access from outside Indonesia may be restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of boss67 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or using gaming services.
Each individual may register and maintain only ONE account with boss67. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of funds. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact customer support rather than creating a new account.
Your boss67 account is for your personal, individual use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Accounts used for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or as part of syndicate betting operations are prohibited.
To create a boss67 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as shown on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must not use false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity. boss67 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request additional documentation at any time.
Before making your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by uploading a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP. The document must be valid (not expired), show your photograph clearly, and display your full name and date of birth. boss67 may request additional documents such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or additional identification if deemed necessary. Verification typically processes within 24-48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your boss67 account. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must immediately notify boss67 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified boss67 and we have had reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update this information in your account settings immediately. boss67 is not responsible for failed communications due to outdated contact information.
boss67 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfer from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name matching the name on your boss67 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah), with a daily maximum of Rp 200,000,000 (two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your boss67 account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours or due to banking system delays. If your deposit has not appeared in your account after 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.
All transactions on boss67 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, which may result in conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
boss67 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees or interbank transfer fees. These third-party fees are your sole responsibility.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process and your account must be in good standing with no active disputes, investigations, or bonus wagering requirements pending. Withdrawals are processed only to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name that matches your boss67 account name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah), with a daily maximum of Rp 200,000,000 (two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Larger withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments over several days.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). During business hours, most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes. VIP Silver and Gold members receive priority processing with faster turnaround times. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
To prevent money laundering and comply with financial regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 100,000 before you can withdraw. This applies to Real Money Balance only; Bonus Balance has separate wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms.
boss67 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or if suspicious activity is detected. This may include requesting a photo of you holding your KTP, bank statements, or proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in withdrawal denial and account suspension.
boss67 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, interbank transfer fees charged by your receiving bank are deducted from the withdrawal amount. E-wallet withdrawals typically have lower or no bank fees.
Participation in bonus offers and promotions is optional and voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms. Bonus terms are published on the boss67 website and may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before Bonus Balance converts to Real Money Balance and becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. boss67 maintains separate balances for Real Money and Bonus funds. When you place a bet, Real Money Balance is used first. Only after Real Money Balance is depleted will Bonus Balance be used for betting. Winnings from Real Money bets are added to Real Money Balance; winnings from Bonus Balance bets are added to Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met.
boss67 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, arbitrage betting, using automated betting systems, low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonuses without genuine risk, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be closed, all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and deposits may be returned minus any payouts already made.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire after 30 days unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Upon expiration, any remaining Bonus Balance and unrealized winnings from that bonus will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiration dates.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the timing and circumstances. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account. boss67 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from obvious errors.
Unless otherwise specified in sport-specific or game-specific rules, the maximum payout per single bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum daily payout across all bets is Rp 2,000,000,000 (two billion Indonesian Rupiah). Jackpot wins from progressive slot games are exempt from these limits and will be paid in full according to the game's rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of boss67 shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
boss67 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, payment processing delays, or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
boss67 uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or failures of these third parties. Your use of third-party services through boss67 may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those third parties.
You may close your boss67 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining Real Money Balance. Any active bonuses and Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon account closure. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you must contact customer support and your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
boss67 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily while investigating suspected violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns. During suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. You will be notified of the suspension and the reason for it. If the investigation clears your account, it will be reinstated and any restricted funds released.
boss67 may terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail KYC verification, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to boss67, other players, or the integrity of our services. Upon termination, all bonuses and Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to boss67, provided your account was not terminated for fraud or criminal activity, in which case all funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to authorities.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. boss67 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) for dormant accounts. To reactivate a dormant account, log in and contact customer support.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of boss67 services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through this internal process.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our management team by emailing [email protected]. We will conduct a further review and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia - BANI). The arbitration will be conducted in Jakarta in the Indonesian language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts for any legal matters not subject to arbitration.
boss67 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the boss67 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of boss67 services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using boss67 and close your account.
